I have mich pleasure in stating that Ir. 3.T. Vincent was a most successful teacher in Evening Classes at the Gillingham Technical Institute for two years. He was responsible for Advanced Classes in Heat Engines, Engineering Trawing and a practical Course of "echanical Engineering.
The smellent examination results obtained 1ɛst session including two Thitworth Scholarships, three "hitworth 3xhibition and a Royal Sabolarship, were largely due to 'r. Vinsent's efficient condnet of the olasses.
His departure from this district was very moh regretted by all concerned. I have approached the Authorities at the amiralty Engineering Laboratory with a view to his being granted leave to enable him to contime this useful work, and an hopeful that his services may be secured for the current Zeusión.
His practical experience and training eminently fithim for a teacher of Engineering Subjects and I can strongly recommend him for much work.
